The Tahitian
I call this painting The Tahitian even though I have no idea if that is what Dad intended. My father greatly appreciated athleticism of all kinds and often expressed his admiration of both male and female physiques that were decidedly chiseled.

Yes, Dad did appreciate beauty in all forms, including that possessed by strong human bodies. This may have come partly from his role as calisthenics leader in high school. One of his tactics for wooing our mother was standing upside down on one hand.
One hand? Didn’t know that but I remember him doing handstand push-ups in our living room after the age of 50.
